I’d give negative stars if able. The move went ok, but they damaged significantly our $3000 sofa and after we provided photos and required paperwork they offered us $120 CAD to remedy the damage. They claimed the insurance we took only covered us if all our goods were lost or damaged and if not, we are only entitled to the basic policy of six cents per pound. Nowhere in the contract does it say this nor was I given an explanation on the different levels of coverage. The insurance was chosen for me and when I asked about it I was assured I would be fully covered for any damage. The $120 is ridiculous for a destroyed $3000 sofa. Horrible company.

Unbelievable, six months of hell. In the spring, I requested two quotes, one for 4 cubic meters and another for 12 cubic meters. The quote for 4 cubic meters was $4,990, while the quote for 12 cubic meters was $9,900. So far all was well. The agent was very pleasant and responded quickly. I prepared all the boxes, measured at home and estimated about 6 cubic meters. So I expected to pay a little above $4,990 and below $9,900. When the movers arrived, I asked them what the volume was, and they said they didn't know, but that I would soon receive an invoice with the total size. Three weeks later, BAD SURPRISE, the bill was for 10 cubic meters at $12,000. I expressed my displeasure, and they eventually reduced the price to $9,500. However, this seemed strange to me because the original quote was 12 cubic meters for $9,900, and now they were charging me for 10 cubic meters for $9,500. Unfortunately, I had no choice, because they had all my belongings hostage, and I had to leave the country in three days. The move finally took place in France after months of waiting and terrible communication with IMS. I was there for the delivery and realized that my 10 cubic meters charged at a high price easily fit into an 8 cubic meter box, which was not even full. I requested an invoice, and they adjusted the volume to 8 cubic meters for $9,500. However, they did not adjust the price, which complicated the situation. They refused to do anything, playing with words. I therefore decided to entrust my dispute to a lawyer and a consumer protection association. Given the reviews other customers have left, I must not be the only one in this situation. The attorney suggested that we begin an investigation into the company and round up customers who were also victims of IMS. I'm afraid my money will be lost at the moment, but this is not acceptable. This is clearly a scam and a fraud, and I am confident that Canadian justice will be able to restore the situation. In the meantime, I guess they'll respond to this message and try to make it seem like I'm the one who didn't understand anything. However, the lawyer in charge of the case does not doubt the dishonesty of IMS.

I hired IMS Moving Network on May 2022 to move my furniture from Seattle to Vancouver, BC. While the sales representative and project manager were great and always helpful, I found the moving experience not satisfying. They rely on a bunch of subcontractors and the whole process becomes opaque. Especially, the one who took care of the move once the boarder was crossed. The company is called Brytor. They scratched my place while delivering my stuffs, the staff was unpleasant and they delivered a couple of items damaged. Things can happen but the claim has been going on for 6 weeks now and I've received no follow-up whatsoever. I do not recommend them.

My parents hired this company to move their belongings from Canada to Romania....they pushed them into paying for a 40' container, even though it was barely half full, once it arrived in Romania....a king size mattress went missing in transit, and a bunch of my parents things got badly damaged and pretty much destroyed. When reaching out to the company, they said he should of obtained insurance ($5,000) to cover any damages, so they told him there is nothing they can do, and they don't know where their mattress is (probably stolen). DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY
